Description
Udberg Eldol, known as Kita Kita Oyaji or Kita Kita Old Man, hails from Kitano, also called North Town, where he served as mayor. A curse preventing female births led to the decline of the town's traditional Kita Kita dance, which he strove to preserve by performing it himself. His appearance and execution proved unsettling, often provoking disgust or violent reactions. Despite repeated rejection, his enthusiasm for the dance remained undimmed; he seized any chance to perform it, frequently pursuing Nike and Kukuri on their journey to do so.
His relentless dancing inadvertently triggered significant physical development, granting him muscular strength and near-immortality. This transformation allowed him to endure extreme physical abuse and defeat monsters with a single punch. His exceptional resilience is quantified as possessing 1650 Hit Points.
He once aligned with the antagonist Diavolo, joining the group Passione and adopting a more antagonistic role. During this phase, driven by his unwavering desire to sustain the tradition, he attempted to force others to perform the Kita Kita dance. Despite this shift, his underlying motivation stayed rooted in cultural preservation. He later sought redemption, gaining a degree of respect while maintaining his association with Diavolo.
Physically, he is depicted as bald, mustachioed, and often shirtless, typically donning a hula skirt and headband for his dances. His personality combines earnest dedication to tradition with a lack of self-awareness regarding how his actions are received.
