Description
Lafiel, formally named Abriel Nei Debrusc Borl Paryun Lafiel or Ablïarsec Néïc Dubleuscr Bœrh Parhynr Lamhirh, Viscountess of Paryunu, belongs to the Abriel imperial family of the Humankind Empire of Abh. Born in Imperial Calendar Year 935 (4217 AD), she is the granddaughter of Empress Ramaj and niece of Emperor Dusanyu, initially third in the line of succession. Her genetic heritage combines Abriel Dubeusec and Plakia Lexshue, resulting in physical traits including lapis lazuli/dark blue hair and less pointed ears than other Abriel family members.

Displaying aptitude early, Lafiel entered military training at age 13. Her career progressed through roles as Pilot Trainee (ICY 948–952), Front Flyer (952–955), and Deca-Commander (955–957). On the Gosroth mission, she escorted Count Hyde Jinto Linn, forging a key friendship. Sabotage by Baron Febdash Klowal led to their stranding; Lafiel eliminated Klowal during the escape. Stranded on occupied Sufugnoff, she adapted to planetary survival with Jinto's help, evading United Mankind forces and local resistance.

Promoted to Vice Hecto-Commander (ICY 957–959), Lafiel commanded the assault ship Basrogrh defending Aptic Gate. As Hecto-Commander (ICY 959), she received a field promotion after the Basrogrh's destruction. Subsequent diplomatic assignments included governing a prison planet; during a revolt, Jinto was kidnapped and Lafiel orchestrated his rescue weeks later. During negotiations for Martine’s surrender, she supported Jinto’s exile to ensure his homeworld's integration into the Empire.

Narrowly escaping the fall of Lakfakalle while protecting historical archives, Lafiel was later elevated to Crown Princess by Emperor Dusanyu. This role required leadership during the Empire’s fragmentation. After a decade-long stalemate, she commanded the Fleet of Thunder in Operation Thunder to reclaim divided territories and annex the People’s Sovereign Union of Planets. Later commands included the assault frigate Flicaubh and Training Fleet.

Lafiel’s personality evolved from stoic and headstrong to strategically nuanced, balancing imperial duty with personal loyalty to Jinto. She navigated human-Abh cultural divides, including Jinto’s shorter lifespan and her unfamiliarity with planetary environments. Her tactical acumen manifested in space combat and resource management during prolonged conflicts.
