Tigrotto, also called Tiny or Tora-chan, is a baby tiger appearing solely in *Panda! Go, Panda!: The Rainy-Day Circus*. Escaping a visiting circus, the cub hides in Mimiko's home until discovered by Panny while eating his food. After initial alarm, the household welcomes Tigrotto. The tiger cub bonds playfully with Panny, engaging in activities like ball-balancing that Panny tries to copy.
Driven by instinct to find its mother, Tigrotto flees back to the circus, unintentionally drawing Panny along. This prompts Mimiko and the pandas to pursue them. At the circus, Tigrotto reveals familiarity with routines by performing a ball-balancing act in the ring.
Tension erupts when Panny crashes into the mother tiger's cage. Mimiko defuses the situation by returning Tigrotto to its mother while retrieving Panny, establishing peaceful understanding. Later, during a storm flooding the valley, Tigrotto sends a bottle-message alerting Mimiko’s group that the circus train is trapped. During the animal rescue, Tigrotto’s playful antics with Panny accidentally set the train moving, nearly causing a crash before it is stopped.
Tigrotto exhibits childlike curiosity, playfulness, and strong maternal instincts. The cub displays physical agility, balancing upright on its tail when excited—mirroring Mimiko’s handstand habit. Tigrotto primarily propels the plot through circus ties and by triggering the flood rescue. The character appears in no other official media.
