Patrizia Scianca is an Italian voice actress, born in Turin on July 5, 1961, who is primarily known for her extensive work dubbing anime series and films for the Italian market. Active in Milan's dubbing industry and a member of the ADAP association, she graduated in law and is also a qualified swimming instructor. Beyond performing voices, she has experience as a dialogue writer and adapter.

Scianca is recognized for her vocal versatility, capable of portraying adult women as well as young boys and girls. This flexibility has led to her being the Italian voice for numerous iconic child characters. She is particularly celebrated for her work in the Dragon Ball franchise, where she voices the child versions of Son Goku, his sons Son Gohan and Son Goten, as well as the fused character Gotenks in some films. Her association with long-running series includes being the official Italian voice of Nico Robin in One Piece across its many films and specials, Suneo Honekawa in Doraemon since 2003, and Ayumi Yoshida in Detective Conan.

Her filmography includes a wide array of other significant roles. In the City Hunter series, she voiced the character Saeko Nogami, also known as Selene, in the early seasons and various films. She has lent her voice to Manta Oyamada in Shaman King, Arale Norimaki in Dr. Slump, and Umi Ryuzaki in Magic Knight Rayearth. Her work extends to other popular titles such as Sailor Moon, where she voiced Michiru Kaiou (Sailor Neptune), and Tokyo Mew Mew, as Zakuro Fujiwara.
