Description
Dino, also called Dyna, operates as a henchman for the primary antagonist Petra Fina. His origins trace back to an experimental intelligence enhancement program, where he endured constant testing in confinement. Petra Fina liberated him during a laboratory break-in, transforming him into a humanoid form. This form features sandy brown skin, large lips, and a distinctive three-haired mustache on each side of his mouth, possessing abilities equivalent to an ordinary human.
He frequently partners with another henchman, Mite, forming a bumbling duo prone to comedic mishaps and banter. Their dynamic involves finishing each other's sentences and squabbling, with Dino explicitly identifying himself as Petra Fina's "number two assistant." Despite enduring her physical outbursts and their shared cynicism toward their manipulative employer, the Dark Lord, Dino shows unwavering loyalty to Petra Fina, rooted in gratitude for his liberation.
Outside time-traveling criminal activities, Dino and Mite adopt civilian disguises at the school where Petra Fina poses as "Ms. Iknow." Dino's unconvincing disguise is "Mr. Dino."
An alternate origin in Bom Bom Comics depicts Dino and Mite as eggs gifted to Petra Fina by the Dark Lord. They hatch into loyal companions who draw parallels between their treatment and characters like Getalong and Flint, expressing feelings of being undervalued.
Dino's abilities remain human-level in his standard form. However, exposure to a specific mushroom-based attack by the Time Shifter Gera triggers a temporary reversion to his original electric eel physiology. In this state, he gains the capacity to generate and discharge electricity. This unintended transformation is one of the few instances not classified as an evil "Bad Transformation."
