Description
Cheese, alternatively called Cheese the wise dog or Cheese the super watchdog, is a recurring figure in the "Soreike! Anpanman" franchise. His story begins when a young Anpanman rescued him as a starving puppy during Anpanman's inaugural patrol in the forest. This act forged an inseparable bond, leading Cheese to become a permanent resident at Uncle Jam’s bakery. He lives in a distinctive loaf-shaped doghouse outside the bakery, equipped with food and water bowls.
Originally depicted with darker brown ears in early manga and picture books, Cheese is a small, light-brown dog characterized by rabbit-shaped ears and a dark brown tail tip.
