Clay Cartland is an American voice actor based in Miami, Florida, who works extensively in English dubs of anime and animated series. His career is primarily defined by his contributions to dubs produced in the Miami voice-over industry, often for series originating in Japan.

Cartland has voiced a wide variety of characters across numerous anime franchises. He is notably the consistent English voice for the character Cheese in the long-running Soreike! Anpanman film series, appearing in at least ten films including The Adventure of Happie, Purun, the Soap Bubble, The Secret of Fairy Rin-Rin, Revive Banana Island, and Apple Boy and Everyone's Hope. He also voiced Minister Gelato in the film Twinkle! Princess Vanilla of Ice Cream Land.

Beyond the Anpanman franchise, Cartland's anime voice work includes the role of Dekapoo in the Crayon Shin-chan spin-off series Super Shiro and the role of Loewner in the YouTube Original CGI anime series OBSOLETE.
