Description
Cyborg 007, alias Great Britain or G.B., originated as a celebrated British stage actor whose disgrace led to career loss, severe depression, and alcoholism. During a drunken episode in London, a Black Ghost agent lured him with expensive Scotch, knocked him unconscious, and transported him to their facility. There, extensive cybernetic modifications transformed him into the seventh 00 Cyborg model, engineered for infiltration and espionage.

His core ability manipulates cellular structure to shapeshift into any person, animal, or object via a bellybutton switch. This includes mimicking voices, speech patterns, and mannerisms, enhanced by his acting background. Cellular control also grants elasticity for limb stretching, size alteration from mouse to giant proportions, and atomic-level camouflage to blend with materials like stone or metal. Imperfect behavioral replication can cause transformation failures.

Physically, he has a bald head, hawk-like nose, slightly slanted eyes, and mouth wrinkles. His standard uniform is a red double-breasted military jacket with a high collar, gold buttons, bright yellow scarf, elbow pads, black seam lines, two waist belts (one holstering his "Super Gun"), and black military boots with knee pads. Civilian attire includes a light pink dress shirt, red tie, and dark trousers.

He maintains a jolly, comedic demeanor, defusing tension with humor and Shakespearean quotes to shield teammates from his past despair. Beneath this cheer, he regrets abandoning his girlfriend Sophie during his acting peak and battles alcoholism, relapsing under stress—like during a Tokyo intelligence mission where he drank in a nightclub instead. He shares banter-heavy camaraderie with teammate Chang Changku (Cyborg 006), blending teasing with mutual respect.

Post-Magma Island’s destruction, he joined crossover missions. After a psychic warning of a "Devil" in Japan, he drank in Tokyo rather than gather intel. Aboard the Dolphin, he lightened moods by shapeshifting into Françoise Arnoul, prompting a slap from the real 003. Against demon Lilith, he fell to an illusion of a young woman, broken by Albert Heinrich. He crushed demons by elastic body wraps and shielded teammates from Seth’s lightning by turning rubbery.

His design merges realistic elements (reminiscent of Marcus To’s style) with stylistic touches from his 2001, RE:, and 1979 anime versions. The OVA illusion’s young woman references Rieko Ogata from a manga one-shot, though the English dub credits identify her as Sophie, aligning with his 2001 backstory.
