Jet Link, designated Cyborg 002, is an Italian-American originating from New York City's West Side. His youth involved delinquency and 1960s gang activity. A lethal gang confrontation forced him to flee police; Black Ghost operatives offered escape but deceived him, transforming him into a cyborg and forging his enduring hatred for the organization.
As part of Black Ghost's 00 Cyborg line, he received high-speed jet boosters in his feet, enabling flight up to 3000 meters at Mach 5. His capabilities include an early prototype Acceleration module allowing brief faster-than-light movement, though with technical limitations, and sufficient strength to carry multiple individuals mid-flight.
