Description
Eiji Toomatsu, a curious fifth-grade student, stumbles upon the enigmatic “Pikachin Research Book,” which unlocks the secrets of the “Pikachin Kit”—a collection of invention tools and blueprints summoned through a “Future Amazon” delivery. Each kit arrives perpetually incomplete, lacking 1% of its parts, challenging Eiji to bridge the gap through ingenuity. Guided by the mantra “invention is 99% plastic models, 1% inspiration,” he views “Pikachin” as the ephemeral spark of creativity required to transcend limitations.

He teams up with Pochirou, a loyal dog dubbed his “inspiration buddy,” their partnership fueling collaborative experiments and imaginative problem-solving. Together, they navigate the intricacies of invention, transforming abstract ideas into tangible projects while unraveling the mystery of the missing components. Their dynamic blends playful curiosity with determination, embodying the principle that creation thrives where resourcefulness meets persistence.
