OVA
Description
Shiiko Kotobuki, known as C-ko, is one of the three central characters in the Project A-ko franchise. She attends Graviton High as a blonde, green-eyed student who wears the typical school uniform.

C-ko possesses an energetic, outgoing, and optimistic personality, though she displays less maturity than peers A-ko and B-ko. She often refers to herself in the third person in the Japanese version. While generally cheerful, she cries easily when distressed. She enjoys cooking, but her dishes are consistently inedible.

Her background reveals she is the Fourth Princess of the Fifth Queen of the Lepton Kingdom of Alpha Cygni, an all-female alien race. She crash-landed on Earth as an infant, separated from her people. Continuities vary: sometimes raised by her mother, other times adopted by the head of Kotobuki Industries after her mother's early death. C-ko shares a deep, long-standing friendship with A-ko Magami since kindergarten, depending heavily on her for protection and companionship, creating a dynamic where A-ko acts like an older sister.

C-ko's alien heritage becomes significant when the Alpha Cygnans locate her and attempt to return her to their homeworld. However, she shows no interest in her extraterrestrial lineage or royal status, firmly desiring to remain on Earth with A-ko. Her attachment to A-ko sometimes borders on a girl-crush, fueling a love triangle where B-ko fiercely competes for C-ko's attention.

During summer break in *Project A-ko 2: Plot of the Daitokuji Financial Group*, C-ko creates a materialistic shopping list. She develops a soft spot for stranded Alpha Cygnans Captain Napolipolita and Spy D, whose ship was converted into a hotel, motivating B-ko to help repair it. Later, in *Cinderella Rhapsody* and *FINAL*, C-ko becomes the focal point of intense rivalry between A-ko and B-ko over a male character named Kei, escalating their conflicts to citywide evacuations.

Throughout the series, C-ko consistently serves as the catalyst for conflicts between A-ko and B-ko, whether through competition for her friendship or affections. She maintains her cheerful, carefree nature, yet exhibits vulnerability and emotional outbursts when separated from A-ko or faced with overwhelming situations.
