Description
Iczer-1 emerged as the inaugural gynoid warrior forged by the Cthulhu civilization. She embodied "conscience," forged specifically to counter Big Gold, the entity representing "desire." This fundamental opposition reflected the clashing wills within Cthulhu leader Sir Violet, ignited by contact with an alien force. Possessing the appearance of a woman in her twenties with distinctive elf-like ears, she wielded superhuman capabilities: flight, teleportation, and energy blade projection. Her combat effectiveness hinged on synchronization with a human partner, initially Nagisa Kano. Their deep emotional bond allowed Iczer-1 to summon and power the mecha Iczer Robo.

After defeating Big Gold in the conflict chronicled in "Fight!! Iczer One," she reset Earth to its pre-invasion state, erasing human memories of the ordeal. She subsequently parted ways with Nagisa Kano but continued surveillance over Earth. Years later, battling Big Gold's successor, Neos Gold, Iczer-1 sustained critical injuries that forced her into a prolonged recovery within a healing chamber aboard the Cthulhu ship. Incapacitated, she dispatched her younger sister, Iczer-3, to defend Earth.

In "Iczer Reborn," she features primarily in the prologue, locked in a stalemate with Neos Gold that exhausts both. Throughout the series, she guides Iczer-3 remotely from her recovery pod. Eventually arriving on Earth near the climax, she immediately recognizes Nagisa Kasumi—granddaughter of her original partner—due to their shared psychic lineage, a recognition Nagisa instinctively reciprocates. Iczer-1's knowledge of Nagisa Kasumi stemmed from her prior intimate bond with Nagisa Kano.

Her legacy extends to later media, including a mentorship role in the audio drama "Iczer Girl Iczelion," where she contacts Nagisa Kasumi to bestow the sentient armor Iczel. As the prototype of the Iczer line, she established the template for subsequent gynoid warriors, including her antagonist Iczer-2 (created by Big Gold) and Iczer-3. Her character consistently embodies the theme of synchronization partnerships across generations, bridging the original conflict with new threats.
