Her introduction to otaku culture came when Tomoya gifted her "Little Love Rhapsody 2" and a PlayStation Portable for her birthday, leading her to plunge deeply into otome games and anime fandom. Before embracing otaku hobbies, Izumi displayed an outgoing, active personality, often playing outdoors with boys. After discovering anime and games, she became intensely passionate, enthusiastically discussing her interests, sometimes overwhelming others. She maintains a cheerful, persistent demeanor and shows tenacity in pursuing her goals, despite occasional air-headed or juvenile tendencies. Izumi also demonstrates maturity, balancing her energetic nature with thoughtful decisions. Physically, Izumi appears younger than her age but possesses a developed figure, standing 154–157 cm tall with measurements of B88/W58/H86. She has burgundy hair styled in twin tails secured by white flower hair clips and red-brown eyes. She typically wears her school uniform or casual dresses. Izumi founded and actively participates in the dōjin circle "Fancy Wave." An artistic rivalry with Eriri Sawamura prompted her decision to compete against Eriri at the Winter Comiket and join her brother Iori's professional circle "Rouge en rouge" as an illustrator. After her family's temporary relocation to Nagoya for parental work, she returned to Tokyo, enrolled at Toyogasaki Academy, and joined Tomoya's game development circle, Blessing Software, for their second project. There, she handles key animation, character designs, original drawings, and background art.
