Nine Violet is one half of the Twin Phantom duo, the other being her sister Tesla Violet. She is the daughter of Black Trader, the leader of the secret organization known as the Black Fund. Under the civilian identity of a transfer student, Nine Violet initially enrolls at the same school as the main heroines and strikes up a friendly relationship with them. However, this friendship is a cover for her true mission: to assist her father in stealing the Seven Amulets. When she and her sister reveal themselves as enemies by transforming into the Twin Phantom, she becomes a recurring antagonist for the middle stretch of the series. Her personality is more reserved and thoughtful compared to her sister, and she initially carries out her father's orders out of a sense of duty and familial loyalty. As the story progresses, repeated battles with the Twin Angels cause her to question her allegiance. She eventually decides that their cause is unjust and, alongside her sister, abandons the Black Fund to fight alongside the heroes. This shift from enemy to ally represents her central development arc: she learns to value friendship and justice over blind obedience. In combat, Nine Violet transforms into the Twin Phantom, a costumed alter ego that complements her sister's fighting style. She specializes in long-range attacks, most notably harnessing lightning for powerful offensive strikes. Her key relationships are with her sister Tesla, with whom she shares a close bond and fighting partnership, and with the Twin Angels themselves, who become her friends and allies after their initial conflict. Her role in the story is thus that of a redeemed opponent who ultimately contributes her abilities to the cause of good.
