Ryōka Yuzuki is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on January 10, 1974, in Anjo, Aichi, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Her career in the entertainment industry began in the early 1990s, during which she worked in live-action films and as a magazine model under the stage names Ayumi Nagashii and Kanori Kadomatsu. On November 1, 1998, she began working under the name Ryōka Yuzuki and shifted her primary focus to voice acting.

Yuzuki's debut as a voice actress came with the role of Blackwidow in the anime Transformers: Beast Wars, where she was credited as Ayumi Nagashii. Early in her voice acting career, she was also known for providing the Japanese dub voice for Barbie in various films and for the character of Regan in a revised version of The Exorcist.

She has become known for a wide range of prominent anime roles. One of her most enduring and widely recognized characters is Ino Yamanaka, which she has voiced across the Naruto franchise, including the original Naruto, Naruto Shippūden, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, and multiple feature films. Another iconic role is Satsuki Kiryūin, the formidable student council president in the action series Kill la Kill. She also portrays Shizuka Hiratsuka, the teacher in the My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU franchise, across its anime adaptations.

Throughout her career, Yuzuki has been a part of several major anime franchises. In the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, she voices the character Shamal, a role she has played in Nanoha A's, Nanoha StrikerS, and the film Nanoha Detonation. She also voices Arcueid Brunestud in the Carnival Phantasm anime and related video games based on Type-Moon works. Other significant recurring roles include Minagi Tohno in Air, Cattleya in Queen's Blade, Risa Momioka in To Love-Ru, Akio Fudou in Trinity Seven, Oriana Thomson in A Certain Magical Index, and Memetchi in the Tamagotchi! series.

Yuzuki has voiced characters in a wide array of other popular series, such as Tokiko Tsumura in Buso Renkin, Haruka Suzushiro in My-HiME, Eruru in Utawarerumono, Ruby Moon in Cardcaptor Sakura, Temari in Shugo Chara!, and Claudia in Synduality: Noir. Her recent work includes roles in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, The Day I Became a God, and Kaginado. She has also performed voice work for video games, including Granblue Fantasy as Metera and the Melty Blood series.

In the field of dubbing foreign works, Yuzuki is known as the Japanese voice of the Great and Powerful Trixie in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She also voiced the character Airachnid in various Transformers animated series, including Transformers: Prime.
