Pop is a lion-like fairy from Märchenland and the older brother of Candy. He has orange fur, a bushy fox-like tail, and blue heart-shaped markings near his eyes. His mane is styled to cover his right eye, and his ears usually curl against his head, though he can uncurl them at will.
Pop carries himself with a mature and responsible demeanor, often evoking the bearing of a samurai. He ends his sentences with "~de gozaru," says "saraba da" for goodbye, and refers to himself as "sessha." He dislikes being called "cute" or "sweet," as it conflicts with his masculine self-image, though he becomes easily flustered when given compliments. Pop holds a strong protective instinct toward his sister, Candy, aware that behind her brave exterior she is prone to fear and loneliness and often depends on him.
