Her destiny changes when she meets Candy, a fairy from Marchen Land seeking help against Pierrot and his Bad End Kingdom. Chosen as the leader of the Smile Pretty Cure team, Miyuki transforms into Cure Happy using the phrase "Precure! Open My Heart!" Representing the sun's light, her theme color is pink. Her primary weapon is the Cure Happy Rod, unleashing her signature "Precure Happy Shower" attack. She later gains the "Precure Happiness Hurricane" ability and participates in the combined "Precure Rainbow Healing." She utilizes the Smile Pact and various Decors for transformations and power-ups.
