Misato Fukuen is a Japanese voice actress and stage actress born on January 10, 1982, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency StarCrew, having transferred there from Sigma Seven in 2023. Fukuen began her career in 1998, making her debut under the stage name Misato Sakuragi in the game "etude prologue". Her first role in a television anime was as Aya Kurihara in the 2000 series Boys Be....

Throughout her career, Fukuen has become recognized for a wide range of iconic roles across numerous popular franchises. She is known for playing energetic and heroic characters like Yoshika Miyafuji in the Strike Witches series and Miyuki Hoshizora / Cure Happy in Smile PreCure!. She also frequently portrays more mysterious or cool-headed characters, such as the assassin Golden Darkness in the To Love-Ru franchise and the enigmatic Yin in Darker than Black. Her filmography also includes major roles as Himiko Toga in My Hero Academia, Iggy in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, Chibiusa / Sailor Chibi Moon in the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal series, and Rika Shiguma in Haganai. Her voice work also extends to video games, where she is the voice of characters like Reimi Saionji in Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Edna in Tales of Zestiria, and Osakabehime in Fate/Grand Order.
