Yoshida, a recent high school graduate living as a NEET, reluctantly takes over management of an aging apartment complex from his ailing father. He expects routine maintenance complaints but instead discovers that several of the complex's married women residents have been transformed by mysterious garments known as Libido Cloth. These provocative outfits overwhelm the wearers with uncontrollable desires, turning the usually kind homemakers into aggressive predators who attack men on sight.

The first resident to fall victim is Watanabe, a traffic guard whom Yoshida initially believes to be a gentle woman who loves children. After she dons the Libido Cloth and assaults him, Yoshida learns that she lost custody of her son following a divorce, leaving her with deep sexual frustration that the garment exploits. As other residents like the attention-seeking Ichinose, lotion-obsessed Mizutani, and the shy Sanamori who hides in a pill bug costume succumb to similar transformations, Yoshida realizes he is facing a systematic threat.

Armed with a countermeasure called the Voltac Claw, Yoshida begins investigating the source of the Libido Cloth while defending himself from the escalating attacks. The danger intensifies with the appearance of Kanzaki, a saleswoman classified as a Class-A housewife whose power exceeds the other residents, and the emergence of a shadowy organization called the Banishing Exclusion Womens Society that may be orchestrating the chaos from behind the scenes. Even the police seem to be obstructing the investigation, suggesting the corruption runs deeper than a single apartment complex.

The situation grows more complex as Katagiri, a resident who runs a wiki ranking the dangerousness of the complexes married women, joins Yoshidas investigation. Meanwhile, the threat escalates from individual attacks to organized resistance, forcing the inexperienced manager to navigate not only the supernatural influence of the Libido Cloth but also a conspiracy that threatens to consume the entire housing complex.
