Her body rapidly ages during this time, transforming from a childlike state to an adolescent experiencing puberty, as depicted in *Inferno Road*.

She endures severe psychological distress after entering a city ruled by children with psychic powers. In this society, adults are enslaved and forced into continuous orgies to breed offspring under their child rulers' watch. Witnessing these events contributes to her developing post-traumatic stress symptoms.

Her biological maturation becomes critical during the journey aboard the Hell Worm, where she experiences menarche, her first menstrual period. This event coincides with escalating conflicts involving the antagonist Münchhausen II and the demon Yoenki.

The journey culminates in Osaka, where she finally confronts the Overfiend. During this encounter, a minuscule amount of her menstrual blood makes contact with the Overfiend, resulting in his instantaneous destruction.
