Miyuki Matsushita is a Japanese voice actress born on December 24, 1969, in Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision. Her career has encompassed a wide range of roles in anime television series, original video animations, and video games, demonstrating her versatility across different genres.

Matsushita is known for her extensive work in original video animation series from the 1990s and early 2000s. She voiced Asami Kurihara in the series Shusaku the Letch and Kyōko Kobayashi in Vixens. She played the role of Megumi Iijima in Fobia and Naomi Kimura in Dinozaurs: The Series. In the Angels in the Court series, she provided the voice for Shou Marui. Her other OVA credits include Tomoka in The Erotic Temptress and roles in The Desert Island Story X and Professor Pain. She also voiced Yuko in Nightmare Campus.

A significant part of her career is her recurring role as Himi in the long-running Urotsukidōji franchise. She voiced the character in several entries, including Chōjin Densetsu Urotsukidōji: Hōrō-hen Jain Kanzenban, Urotsukidōji III: Return of the Overfiend and its Director's Edition, Urotsukidōji IV: Inferno Road, and Chōjin Densetsu Urotsukidōji: Kanketsu-hen. In earlier installments of the series, the character was also referred to as Mimi or True Chōjin.

Beyond her work in original video animations, Matsushita has appeared in mainstream anime television series. Her roles include Kate Addleton in Bush Baby, Little Angel of the Grasslands, Xiahua in Saiyuki, Hōrin in The Twelve Kingdoms, and Erika in Wedding Peach.

Matsushita has also built an impressive career as a voice actress in video games. She is particularly well-known for her work with Capcom, voicing the characters B.B. Hood and Q-Bee in several games. Her credits in this area include Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire, Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, Namco × Capcom, and Project X Zone 2. Her other notable video game roles include Ukki Pink in the Ape Escape series, Yui Narusawa in Dōkyūsei 2, Patricia Hearn in Princess Maker 2, and Erina Goldsmith in Variable Geo. She has also been credited under the pseudonym Mizuki Kirishima for some of her work.
