Description
Randan is a demon of the Gargard Demon Kingdom and the head of the Four Heavenly Kings, the kingdom's highest-ranking council under the Demon King. He is responsible for internal affairs and domestic administration, and he also serves as the governor of the city of Shashaato. In appearance he is largely human-like, and his design shows a man with unkempt, spiked hair and stubble.
Despite his high office, Randan has humble origins. He was born a commoner without a family name and rose to the top of the demon kingdom's government through his abilities. He is considered an exceptionally skilled administrator, and the internal stability of the demon kingdom is widely credited to his governance. He is also described as shrewd and cool-headed, with a reputation for being willing to cast aside even his own rank if it ceased to serve the kingdom, though his actual conduct at times suggests a less severe personality than that reputation implies.
His primary motivation is the effective governance of the demon kingdom. Rather than relying on combat strength, his notable abilities lie in administration, organization, and political management.
