A student at Hijiribashi University Affiliated High School, she conducts rituals at a water god’s shrine to stabilize local rivers, weaving jet racing into sacred ceremonies alongside traditional practices.

Her striking appearance includes chin-length layered purple hair adorned with a pink fuchsia ribbon, light green eyes, and traditional white-and-red shrine robes accented by a purple chest bow, thigh-high stockings, and sandals. During races, she dons a sleeveless white uniform with red trim, green armbands, dark green racing briefs, and thigh-high boots.

Though innately shy and courteous, Inori displays fierce resolve when protecting her shrine or principles. Her bond with Fūka evolves from mentorship to romance after misguided attempts to "purify" Fūka’s fiery temperament through rituals, believing it a divine curse. Conflict dissolves when a water deity’s vision guides Inori to embrace Fūka’s true self, harmonizing their rituals to calm raging rivers.

Suiryukai frequently rivals teams like MKHU and Hell’s Kitchen, their ideological clashes gradually yielding to mutual respect. An OVA promotional video spotlights Inori’s duality, depicting her in tranquil tea ceremonies and spirited mikoshi processions with fellow racers.

Beyond the track, she explores abandoned locales for solace and serves as team marksman, wielding a Gatling gun. The kanji in her surname, Misuda (翠田), merge "verdant green" with "field," reflecting her deep-rooted connection to nature.
