TV-Series
Description
Pan Tina, also known as Pan Dina, is a character in the Kandagawa Jet Girls series. She is the younger twin sister of Pan Ziyu (Tsui Pan), forming the idol-racing duo Hell's Kitchen under CS Production School. Tina possesses plum-colored hair styled with symmetrical strands and buns secured by scrunchies, amber-yellow eyes, stands 1.45 meters tall, and weighs 38 kilograms, with measurements of 76-55-75.

Her casual outfit includes a bright pink schoolgirl top featuring short white sleeves, a light lilac collar, and a plaid tie, paired with a plum skirt trimmed in white, green suspenders, light lilac and blue thigh-high stockings adorned with gold buttons, and plum heeled shoes. Accessories are a blue panda brooch and a bangle. Her racing outfit doubles as an idol performance costume: a black and gold Mandarin-style dress with a heart-shaped chest cutout, red and purple bows, a bare midriff, and matching thigh-high boots, completed by gold wrist sleeves and an upper arm band showcasing a panda head. She adds bright purple panda ears during performances.

Tina exhibits vibrancy and enthusiasm on stage, sharing a close bond with her twin. Off-stage, she displays arrogance and selfishness, exemplified by pressuring the racing association to steal another team's time slot for the Kandagawa race and later taunting Rin Namiki and Misa Aoi about their victory being beginner's luck.

Professionally, Tina and Tsui balance dual careers as cooking and sweets-themed idols and competitive jet racers. Hell's Kitchen leverages jet racing to boost their idol visibility. They perform heart symbol gestures during stage events and participate in races, flaunting their success. A subplot involves their internal conflict about retiring from idol life after winning the Kandagawa Cup to focus solely on racing. Receiving praise for managing both careers unlike other teams, they decide to continue as idols. Despite initial haughtiness, they later offer genuine performance advice to teams like Sea Serpents and Dress.

In the OVA, Tina and Tsui create a jet racing promotional video heavily emphasizing idol aesthetics, including summer themes and idol activities. The Jet Racing board rejects it for lacking relevance to the sport's core appeal, highlighting their persistent prioritization of idol culture.

Their racing tactics emphasize synchronization, captured in the motto: "By becoming one with Tsui." This philosophy manifests through physical coordination: cuddling in changing rooms, placing hands on each other's waists, holding hands before jumps, and performing the "Jet Kiss Victory Pose" after wins, underscoring their reliance on twin synergy.
