Naomi Ōzora is a Japanese voice actress born on February 4, 1989, affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Originally from Miyagi Prefecture, she spent much of her upbringing in Takatsuki, Osaka Prefecture, and is a graduate of Ritsumeikan University's College of Image Arts and Sciences. Her path to voice acting began with training at the Aoni Juku Osaka School, and she made her professional debut in 2012 with a minor role in the anime Saint Seiya Omega.

Ōzora's first leading role came in 2014 when she voiced the protagonist Inari Fushimi in the series Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. This was followed by a string of high-profile and memorable performances that established her as a prominent voice in the industry. She is widely recognized for her role as the energetic and teasing Hana Uzaki in Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! and as the diminutive demon Jahy in The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!. Her comedic range is further showcased through characters like the boisterous Satanichia McDowell Kurumizawa in Gabriel DropOut and the scatterbrained Chio Miyamo in Chio's School Road.

Beyond comedy, Ōzora has demonstrated her versatility across numerous genres. She has voiced characters in fantasy series such as Kiriha in Tsugumomo and its sequel, Ruti Ragnason in Banished From The Heroes' Party, Sakuna in Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, and the Demon Lord in Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero. Her filmography also includes prominent roles in mystery and romance, such as Midori Kohakobe in Call of the Night, Samidare Asahina in Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, and Yuragi Hakoniwa in My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering with My School Romantic Comedy. She is also well-known to fans of long-running franchises, having voiced Tamamo Cross in the multimedia Uma Musume Pretty Derby project and Chieri Ogata in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls.

In addition to anime, Ōzora has an extensive body of work in video games. Her roles include Duvalie in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series, Ylgr and Lethe in Fire Emblem Heroes, Perseus in Azur Lane, and Typhon in Arknights, among many others. Her performance as Sakuna in the video game Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin later led to her voicing the same character in its anime adaptation. She has also contributed her musical talents to theme songs for some of her series.

In her personal life, Naomi Ōzora announced her marriage and pregnancy in May 2023, and she gave birth to her first child in December of that same year. She continues to be an active and sought-after talent in the voice acting industry.
