Tellu, a key member of the villainous Witches 5 within the Death Busters organization, masquerades as Ruru Teruno, the authoritative head of Mugen Academy’s physical education department and botanical garden. Her sinister mission revolves around cultivating the Tellun Flower, a parasitic plant engineered to harvest souls during its bloom, fueling the Death Busters’ plot to summon Master Pharaoh 90 by procuring viable human hosts.
Distinctive in appearance, Tellu sports vibrant green hair arranged in four coiled buns with trailing loose strands, paired with sharp green eyes. Her outfit blends elegance with menace: a black dress layered over a green tutu, green tights, and black shoes, adorned with delicate black lace patterns tracing her hair, limbs, and neck. Pink earrings and a black star emblem on her forehead complete her look. In her monstrous Daimon form, she gains clawed hands, elongated fangs, pointed ears, and writhing vines sprouting from her hair.
In combat, Tellu deploys the Mandragora Buster attack and harnesses Tellun Flowers to siphon energy from foes. After resisting assaults from Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon, she transforms into her Daimon state to dominate the battle. Sailor Pluto ultimately vanquishes her using the Dead Scream technique. Temporarily revived by Kaolinite, Tellu targets Sailor Jupiter with hypnotic flora but meets her final demise when the Outer Sailor Guardians unite to obliterate the Witches 5.
Her powers encompass soul-draining botany, aerial agility, rapid attire shifts, and defensive barriers against enemy strikes. Ranked second in the Witches 5 with a magic level of 404, she holds the distinction of being the first Death Buster to undergo a Daimon transformation, leveraging her botanical expertise and strategic role at Mugen Academy to advance her faction’s apocalyptic ambitions.
