Power is a Fiend and a Public Safety Devil Hunter who serves as a member of Makima's specialized squad in Tokyo Special Division 4. As a Fiend, Power is a devil who has taken possession of a human corpse, which in her case is the body of a young girl with long hair. This form gives her a mostly human appearance, though she is distinguished by short red horns protruding from her head and sharpened fangs, marking her clearly as something other than human. Her true origin is that of the Blood Devil, a powerful entity that instills fear related to blood. After being captured by Public Safety for unknown reasons, she was integrated into the devil hunting organization rather than being destroyed.
