Description
Muran leads a Resistance platoon on Eldora. His deep skepticism toward Hiroto and the BUILD DiVERS originates in a traumatic betrayal: Masaki Shido, summoned by the sacred beast Cuadorn to aid the Resistance, defected to the enemy faction, the One-Eyes. Muran witnessed the devastating consequences of Masaki's betrayal firsthand, cementing his distrust of outsiders summoned via Eldora's ancient platforms. He explicitly cited Masaki's actions—captured by the antagonist Alus and forcibly turned against the Eldorans—as the reason for Cuadorn's reluctance to trust the BUILD DiVERS again.

Despite this ingrained wariness, Muran evolves into a vocal advocate for the BUILD DiVERS. He counters Cuadorn's doubts by stressing that the New People, Eldora's current inhabitants, actively choose to trust the divers. Muran insists the Resistance needs the BUILD DiVERS' strength to survive Alus's genocidal campaigns, directly challenging Cuadorn's initial refusal. His persistence helps sway Cuadorn to accept their aid.

Muran demonstrates decisive leadership during critical operations, organizing village evacuations to ancient ruins for safety from Alus. While searching for survivors, he encounters an elderly woman overcome by grief after losing her son. He comforts her, emphasizing the importance of living on to honor her son's sacrifice, sustaining morale. His actions reflect a commitment to protecting civilians and uniting Eldorans under the Resistance cause.
