Description
Falco Grice, a compassionate and reserved Eldian Warrior candidate from Liberio, strives to inherit the Armored Titan to shield his friend Gabi Braun from its 13-year curse. As Colt Grice’s younger brother, he belongs to a family enlisted in Marley’s Warrior Unit to atone for their uncle’s ties to Eldian Restorationists. His resolve stems from unspoken affection for Gabi and a conviction that she deserves a life unburdened by Titan inheritance.
Physically slight with short blond hair and hazel eyes, Falco dons the standard Marleyan military uniform and Eldian armband. Exposed to Zeke Yeager’s spinal fluid, his Pure Titan form emerges as a jawless, elongated figure. After inadvertently consuming Porco Galliard, he inherits the Jaw Titan, its avian traits—beak-like jaw, talons, and later feathered wings—reflecting residual Beast Titan influences from Zeke’s fluid.
Empathetic and morally principled, Falco defies peers during the Battle of Fort Slava by aiding wounded enemies, rejecting needless violence. His trustful nature leads him to unknowingly assist Eren Yeager, disguised as a wounded soldier, delivering letters that enable the Survey Corps’ attack on Liberio—a pivotal moment challenging his loyalty to Marley and exposing him to the conflict’s harsh realities.
Forced into becoming a Pure Titan after ingesting Zeke’s spinal fluid during an assassination attempt on Gabi, Falco later gains the Jaw Titan by consuming Porco. Struggling to control its power, he eventually masters its avian abilities, using flight to rescue allies during the Rumbling and aid in Eren’s defeat. Post-conflict, he and Gabi care for the injured Levi Ackerman, symbolizing his evolution from hesitant Warrior to a resilient figure who balances survival with protecting others, ultimately contributing to the Titan curse’s end.
