Tetora Nagumo, a first-year Yumenosaki Academy student and RYUSEITAI’s RYUSEI Black, dedicates himself to becoming a "man among men," inspired by traditional masculine ideals and figures like karate captain Kuro Kiryu, whom he dubs "Boss." Though initially emulating upperclassmen Chiaki Morisawa and Arashi Narukami, he gradually carves his own definition of masculinity.
Raised in a middle-class family supported by hardworking parents, Tetora aimed to join AKATSUKI to follow Kuro but found purpose in RYUSEITAI under Chiaki’s leadership. Initially viewing this as a personal failure, he overcame insecurity to embrace his role, eventually succeeding Chiaki as RYUSEITAI-N’s leader post-graduation.
Athletic and standing 168–170 cm, Tetora sports spiky black hair with red streaks and amber eyes. His casual style leans sporty with hoodies and sweatpants, while stage costumes echo heroic motifs—black leather jackets, galaxy patterns, and fingerless gloves. Performances burst with energy, driven by a powerful, boyish vocal tone and dynamic physicality that embody RYUSEITAI’s themes of justice.
Earnest yet impulsive, Tetora wrestles with self-doubt, harshly judging traits he deems "girlish" or immature. High self-imposed standards fuel frustration, and his admiration for role models sometimes veers into gullibility. Resiliently adaptable, he channels childhood trauma-linked habits—like overcooking meat during kitchen mishaps—into relentless optimism and growth.
Relationships shape his journey: a rivalry-trusted camaraderie with unitmates Midori Takamine and Shinobu Sengoku, evolving respect-turned-ambition toward Chiaki, and unwavering loyalty to peers like Tomoya Mashiro and Hajime Shino. Sensitivity to being infantilized underscores insecurities about maturity, yet his resolve hardens.
Transitioning from mimicry to self-defined ambition, Tetora vows to become a "tiger who won’t lose to anyone," balancing leadership, compassion, and individuality. Though self-acceptance remains a battle, his journey reflects growing confidence in a unique identity forged through perseverance and reimagined strength.
