Description
Ukkari is a minor supporting character in the One Piece anime, a low-ranking Marine posted to the 153rd Marine Branch on the East Blue island of Shells Town. English materials sometimes describe him as a petty officer, although his actual rank is that of a third-class seaman recruit, one of the lowest positions in the Marine hierarchy.
