Description
Plym Machina is a 13-year-old female orphan who lived alone on the streets before finding purpose as the mechanic aboard the airship *The Beautiful Sophia*. Her exceptional technical skills in maintaining and upgrading the ship's systems secured her vital role within the crew. Though new to the Battle Spirits card game upon joining, Plym held a strong fascination for mechanical-based spirits and visually striking cards, inspiring her to build a model of the WingDeity Grand-Woden on the ship.

Her personality radiates consistent cheerfulness and excitement, marked by a verbal quirk of adding "mecha" as a prefix to words. This enthusiasm deeply informs her interests, especially in machinery and mechanical spirits. Her first Battle Spirits match occurred when Mai arranged an opponent; Plym challenged Kenzo Hyoudo after perceiving him as weak. Focused on summoning spirits she found visually appealing rather than strategically optimal due to inexperience, she lost. This defeat sparked a crush on Kenzo, whom she began calling "Ken-sama," and she requested his autograph afterward.

Plym provided crucial support during key missions. She accompanied Youth and Dan to an old card stand, where her genuine interest in the owner Olga's mechanical equipment gained the group access, enabling Youth to win a card in battle. After *The Beautiful Sophia* suffered significant damage in an attack, Plym collaborated with Kenzo to enhance the ship's barrier system, claiming the upgrade was ten times stronger. Subsequent attacks confirmed its effectiveness as the ship sustained zero damage. During the crew's mission to Oct, she utilized her expertise to remotely control Pome robots, aiding their escape. She also contributed technical skills to prepare tractor beams for Dan and Barone's final battle.

In gameplay, Plym uses a white deck noted for its similarity to Yuuki Momose's deck. Her key spirits include The IronKnight Yggdrasill, The ArmoredSacred Walhalance, and The WingDeity Grand-Woden, with the latter two identified as her X-Rare cards. Her only documented battle result is the loss to Kenzo in episode 12.

An epilogue shows her wearing a uniform similar to Stella Korabelishchikov's.
