Semyon "Simon" Brezhnev, a Russian immigrant of African descent, co-owns and operates Russia Sushi in Ikebukuro with his friend Denis. Despite his imposing stature as a former Soviet special forces operative, Simon maintains a gentle, pacifist demeanor and consistently avoids violence. His towering height, shaved head, and frequent sushi chef uniform often intimidate potential customers. Simon served in the Spetsnaz during the Soviet era, participating in military conflicts.
