Description
Aganzo is a prominent character from the world of Arad, recognized as one of the four legendary Weapon Masters who directly fought the apostle Sirocco during the Screaming Cave incident. He is a human male, born in the Duchy of Bellmeyer in the Arad year 945, making him 63 years old during the major events of the year 1008. His primary weapon is a massive greatsword, as large as an adult man, and his skill with this blade is considered unrivaled.

In terms of personality, Aganzo is quiet, reticent, and extremely wary of strangers. He has a strong dislike for noise and crowds, often choosing to sit alone in a shady corner of a tavern to drink in solitude. Before the Screaming Cave incident, he was a wanderer who traveled the continent alone. His life changed when he accepted a request to head towards the Elven Guard, a journey during which he encountered a black fairy named Roxy and was drawn by a strange energy to the Screaming Cave. There, he met and joined the Imperial Investigation Team. During the fierce battle with Sirocco, Aganzo nearly fell victim to the apostle's mental attacks, but Roxy, who had lost control of her demonic powers, saved his life by delivering the fatal blow to Sirocco, though she perished in the process. This traumatic event profoundly shaped his future motivations.

Following Roxy's death, Aganzo developed a deep interest in the Kazan Syndrome, a curse affecting many swordsmen, and began traveling the world to study the phenomenon and search for a cure. When the great war known as the Daejeon occurred, plunging the world into chaos, he partnered with Bwanga, another of the four Weapon Masters. During a lull when monsters lost their power, they used the Breath of the Cold Dragon to seal sleeping monsters in ice, collecting them all in the snowy mountain region. Aganzo eventually took up residence in the North Shelter, where he manages the Ice Wall of Resignation, the site where countless monsters remain sealed. His role in the story often involves assisting adventurers with tasks related to this sealing work and confronting the nightmares that emanate from the Ice Wall. He maintains key relationships with his fellow Weapon Masters, Siran, Bwanga, and Van Balstedt, as well as with the adventurer (player character) whom he comes to respect.

Notable abilities include his unparalleled greatsword techniques, such as the Storm-style skill, which is powerful enough to defeat formidable enemies in a single blow. He is also capable of using the Breath of the Cold Dragon to freeze and seal monsters. His character develops from a solitary wanderer to a more settled guardian of a dangerous region, though he remains driven by the memory of Roxy and his quest to understand and combat the curse that afflicts warriors like himself.
