Takahiro Yoshimizu is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on July 31, 1968, in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production, having graduated from its Osaka school training program. He has been active in the voice acting industry since 1988 and his professional debut in anime came in 1991 with a role in the series Getter Robo Go.

Yoshimizu has portrayed a wide range of characters across both anime and video games. He is known for his roles in the long-running series One Piece, providing the voice for the shipwright Paulie, the New World Marine Vice Admiral Lacroix, and the New Fish-Man Pirate officer Dosun. Other notable anime roles include Chief Haro in SD Gundam Force and the character Aganzo in Arad Senki. His extensive work also includes appearances in major franchises such as Dragon Ball Kai, where he voiced Appule, and minor roles in series like The King of Braves GaoGaiGar, The Laughing Salesman, and Azumanga Daioh.

Outside of television anime, Yoshimizu has a significant presence in video games. He is particularly recognized for his long-running contributions to Koei Tecmo's Dynasty Warriors series and the crossover Warriors Orochi series, where he voices the strategist Zhou Yu and the warrior Xu Zhu. Other prominent game roles include Hector in Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, Shew and Mad Sarge in Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage, Walter Kron in The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II, and additional voices in Persona 5 Strikers. He has also served as the Japanese dub voice for the Marvel character Cyclops in the anime series Disk Wars: Avengers.

Beyond voice work, Yoshimizu has appeared in tokusatsu productions, frequently playing villainous characters. His credits in this genre include the role of Arms Smuggler Hammer in Mirai Sentai Timeranger, a ring announcer in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, and Extradimensional Supplier Kabuto in Juukou B-Fighter. He is known to have skills in motorcycling, stage combat, and kendo.
