Alexei Barnes Alderp, often referred to simply as Lord Alderp, is a significant antagonist in the third season of KonoSuba. He is a former noble who served as the corrupt governor of the town of Axel and its surrounding territories. Alderp is a middle-aged man of tall stature and notably obese build. His appearance is ostentatious and theatrical, characterized by flamboyant clothing in red and blue adorned with golden stripes, complemented by white gloves. One of his most distinctive features is his long blonde wig and matching blonde mustache, which contribute to his haughty and self-important demeanor.
In terms of personality, Alderp is the embodiment of a greedy, selfish, and utterly corrupt noble. His cunning, perverseness, and luck are said to be on par with, or perhaps even exceed, those of the protagonist Kazuma Satou.
