Brook Chalmers is an American voice actor and production professional whose career in animation began in the late 2000s. He studied television production at California State University, Northridge, graduating in 2009, and his early career included work at Cartoon Network and DreamWorks Animation, where he contributed as a production supervisor on series such as DreamWorks Dragons. His voice acting work is primarily in English dubs of anime and animated series, often recorded for clients including Bang Zoom! Entertainment.

Chalmers has provided voices for a range of characters in prominent anime series. In Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, he voices Sakonji Urokodaki, the retired Water Hashira and mentor to the protagonist Tanjiro Kamado. He has multiple roles in One Punch Man; he is the voice of Bomb, the older brother of Silver Fang and master of the Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist, and he also voices the S-Class hero Pig God, taking over the role from Marc Diraison in the second season. In the anime Ascendance of a Bookworm, he voices Gustaf, the guild master. His other anime credits include the role of Christopher Columbus in Fate/Grand Carnival and Yoshioka in Ikebukuro West Gate Park.

Beyond anime, Chalmers has voiced numerous background and supporting characters in Western animation, particularly within the DreamWorks Dragons franchise, where he voiced characters such as Magnus and Vorg across several seasons. His earlier career also included voice work for video games, with credits including Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth and Spellforce 2: Shadow Wars. In addition to performance, Chalmers has worked in production roles on series like Chowder and The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack.
