Description
Hellish Blizzard, whose real name is Fubuki, is a prominent supporting character in the One Punch Man series. She holds the position of the number one ranked hero in B-Class of the Hero Association. Fubuki is also the younger sister of Tatsumaki, the S-Class hero known as Terrible Tornado, a relationship that defines much of her life and career. Unlike her older sister, who operates as a lone, overwhelmingly powerful agent, Fubuki is the leader and founder of the Blizzard Group, a large and organized faction of B-Class heroes who wear distinctive black suits and work together under her command.
