Description
Minoru Uchida is a supporting character in the anime Ganbarist! Shun and a first-year senior to the protagonist, Shun Fujimaki. He is a member of the Heisei Gakuen boys' gymnastics club and is easily recognized by his glasses. Uchida is one of the group often referred to as the three idiots of the club, alongside Toshihiko Sanada and Denji Higashi. His self-proclaimed title is the true specialist of the vault, and the vault is his strongest apparatus in competition.
In terms of personality, Uchida initially behaves in a somewhat cynical or twisted manner, putting on a superior attitude as an upperclassman and treating Shun harshly.
