Description
Mizerhyby Hydra Nebulis IX is a princess of the House of Hydra, one of the three royal families that rule the Nebulis Sovereignty. She is the niece of Talisman, the current head of the Hydra family, and is considered a candidate for the next queen of the Hydra line. Her appearance is marked by long blue hair and sharp red eyes, a color change that occurred when her astral power first manifested, as she originally had blonde hair like her uncle. Mizerhyby is known for her refined and elegant demeanor, calculated to match the dignity expected of a royal princess, and she is highly intelligent. However, she has a notably short temper compared to her battle-hardened and scheming uncle; when angered, she releases a burst of astral light, her hair stands on end like a Medusa, and her speech becomes rough and less controlled. She also displays a sense of superiority toward the other two royal houses, the Lou and the Zoa, regarding the Hydra as the sun and the others as mere stars and moons that cannot shine without the Hydra's light.

In the story, Mizerhyby first appears as an antagonist, assisting her uncle Talisman in his political schemes against the other royal families in order to further the Hydra family's ambitions. She is a skilled astral mage who wields a special power called Glory, which allows her to enhance the abilities of other astral mages. Her role brings her into conflict with the main characters, particularly Iska and Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX, as she works from within the Nebulis Sovereignty to undermine the Lou and Zoa factions. Over the course of the narrative, she shifts from a straightforward antagonist to a more complex figure, eventually becoming a major character whose loyalties and goals are further explored. Her relationship with her uncle Talisman is central to her actions, and she is fiercely devoted to the Hydra name. Mizerhyby's development involves grappling with her own pride and temper, as well as facing the consequences of the house's ambitions. Her notable ability, the Glory power, makes her a significant asset on the battlefield and a key player in the political maneuvering within the Nebulis Sovereignty.
