Description
Miracle Hibi is a supporting character in Under Ninja. He is a lower-ranked ninja affiliated with the organization NIN. Hibi was a graduate of the same ninja school as the protagonist Kuro Kumogakure, and the two became bitter rivals after Kuro employed a strategy during their graduation exam that caused Hibi to be struck by lightning. This incident left a Lichtenberg figure scar on the right side of his face and cost him his right eye, which was later replaced with a cybernetic eye containing a built-in camera. The lightning strike also gave him an unusual ability: he became highly resistant to electricity, allowing him to channel electric shocks through his body and into opponents during combat. He typically wears an electrified jacket and is known by the alias Thunder Hibi.
Hibi comes from a notable ninja lineage; he is the grandson of the honorary chairman of the Ninja Research Institute. Before joining NIN, he had a reputation as a legendary delinquent in the Nerima and western Tokyo areas, having subdued all local troublemakers.
