Lucia, also known as the Queen Above the Skies, is a central antagonist in the Mewkledreamy series and appears in Mewkledreamy Mix! as a recurring figure from the Miracle Dreamy Kingdom. She is a dream-eating villain who works to oppose the dream partners and their mission to collect Dreamy Stones. Her role in the story is that of a formidable and persistent enemy, often appearing in the dream world to cause trouble for the protagonists.
