Description
Lilika Tobita operates as deputy owner of the Tobita Club, managing daily affairs while her father Takaya Tobita remains overseas. She belonged to the club's original lineup during Yuhya Marino's era, alongside Takeshi Manganji, Alex Borg, and Shingo Nagidori. Following Yuhya's death and subsequent member departures, the club nearly collapsed, leaving only Lilika and Kouya Marino. She spearheaded rebuilding efforts by supporting Kouya's recruitment drive, which secured Jirou Oriza, Kyousuke Jin, and Kuroudo Marume. Kaoru Hanano later joined as club manager to assist Lilika with administrative tasks.

Lilika navigates the club's financial and logistical hurdles, organizing tournaments to recruit members and alleviate funding shortages. She coordinates the team's entries in events like the Manganji Cup, Illusion Cup, and Buthokan Cup, culminating in their Asia Cup qualification and World Cup victory. During Kouya's decisive duel against Takeshi Manganji's Gear Gaiki, Lilika recalled Yuhya's Asia Cup perseverance—where he endured 23 grueling rounds despite health concerns—and recognized similar resolve in Kouya. She upheld Kouya's choice to continue the match over other members' objections, honoring his determination.

Beyond management duties, she occasionally pilots the Gear "Lilika-gia" in Gear Champion League training simulations but refrains from official matches. Lilika remains a steady presence through the team's trials, guiding them through instability and celebrating their ultimate World Cup triumph.
