Uschi Hugo is a German voice actor and dialogue director, born in Hamburg in 1972. Her career began at the age of six when she accompanied her older sister, fellow voice actor Dorette Hugo, to a recording session and was asked to speak a few lines. This led to her first significant role as Lisabet in the German dubbed version of the Astrid Lindgren film Madita.

Hugo is highly active in dubbing foreign-language films and television series for the German market, lending her voice to numerous international actors. Her extensive body of work includes providing the German voice for actresses such as Brittany Murphy, Christina Applegate, Julie Benz, Tara Reid, Scarlett Johansson, and Lake Bell. Beyond on-screen dubbing, she is also a prolific speaker in the German audio drama and audiobook industry.

Within the realm of anime, Uschi Hugo has voiced a variety of characters. A prominent and long-standing role is that of the succubus Albedo in the popular isekai series Overlord. She has voiced this character across all seasons of the main series, including Overlord, Overlord II, Overlord III, and Overlord IV, as well as in the spin-off series Isekai Quartet and the feature film Overlord: The Sacred Kingdom. This role has been a defining one in her anime career.

Her other notable anime voice roles include Lilika Tobita in Gekito! Crush Gear Turbo, Chelsea Moore in Coyote Ragtime Show, and Hanako in an episode of the Rumiko Takahashi Anthology.
