Non Manaka is the younger sister of Laala Manaka, introduced as a supporting character in the first season of PriPara before becoming a main character in the third season. Motivated by a desire to surpass her older sister, she secretly enters the world of PriPara using a series of alternate identities. She first appears as Kanon, a sweet and humble lovely-type idol who uses the brand Rosette Jewel and habitually adds the word chou to her speech. Kanon is shy, confident in her abilities, and an admirer of the group SoLaMi Dressing. Later, Non creates a second form named Pinon, a pop-type idol who speaks with a characteristic pipi interjection and uses the catchphrase Pipipopipu. The third form is Junon, a cool-type idol who displays a stoic, serious, and highly intelligent demeanor, often challenging other idols she perceives as rivals. All three avatars form the unit Triangle, allowing Non to perform as a complete group by herself. Throughout her development, Non evolves from a simple fan of her sister into a determined idol who masters multiple performance styles, each reflecting a different idol type. Her notable ability lies in seamlessly switching between these distinct personas and maintaining their separate identities, ultimately proving herself as a versatile and competitive idol in her own right.
