Description
Couchpo, whose real name is Chloé Françoise Ai, is a B-Cuber who first appears after being abducted alongside Rebecca Bluegarden. She runs a popular food-centric B-Cube channel called the Mogumogu Channel, where her content focuses on eating various dishes she discovers across different cosmoses. Her channel has gained significant popularity, accumulating approximately 1.93 million subscribers.
Couchpo has a distinctive appearance and an unwavering obsession with food that defines much of her personality. She is known for eating anything that looks remotely edible, a trait so strong that she once consumed the foam bubbles intended to dissolve her clothes during her abduction. Her love for food is so intense that she has been known to react with possessive hostility when she feels her access to food might be threatened, such as when she threateningly asked Jinn and Laguna whether a war was more dangerous than taking food away from her, even after being warned that staying aboard the Edens Zero was unsafe for a civilian. Couchpos role in the story begins during the Guilst arc, where she is one of several B-Cubers kidnapped by the criminal organization Rogue Out and transported to the planet Guilst. It is revealed that Mosco Versa-0 captured her due to his infatuation with her. Following her rescue, she maintains contact with Rebecca and later provides useful information during the Belial Gore arc, revealing that Labilia Christys B-Cube channel had been demonetized for malicious content following a policy change.
Her most significant involvement comes during the Foresta arc, where she is encountered on the planet Foresta in the Aoi Cosmos. She had traveled there to do restaurant reviews, but her trip was interrupted when the planets machines went haywire and turned against humanity. Couchpo provides the Crew of Edens with crucial intelligence about the situation, explaining that a skull-faced robot appeared on every screen and declared that robots would rule over humans, an announcement that preceded the machines attacking the population. Despite being in a dangerous war zone, Couchpo maintains her priorities, stating that the situation is unfortunate except for the cuisine. She shows remarkable resilience when a hostile battle droid identifies her as a food thief, taking offense at this characterization and insisting that she paid for the food.
