Her most striking physical features are her scarlet hair and green eyes. This appearance holds particular significance, as she bears a strong resemblance to two important people from the past life of the protagonist, Seika Lamprogue: his deceased elder sister and his beloved former disciple who ultimately killed him.

From a young age, Amyu has displayed an abnormal love for fighting, often engaging in battles with both humans and monsters, a tendency that caused her parents considerable worry. She is a self-described battle junkie and possesses what could be called a perverted or crude imagination, often enjoying risqué conversations due to her time spent with adventurers. Typically, she comes across as unfriendly and proud, treating those she does not know with harshness. However, she is capable of showing a genuine smile to those she trusts. Despite her youth, she was reportedly indifferent to the life and death of others, a trait she still retains to some degree.

Her core motivation is simply to be an adventurer; this role is what matters most to her, and she has no personal desire to fulfill any grand, fated destiny. This becomes a central point of conflict when she learns she is the present reincarnation of the legendary hero, a figure fated to battle the Demon King. Rather than feeling pride, this revelation depresses her, as she realizes that others fear she will restart the war between humans and demons and may want her dead because of it. This prophecy makes her a target, leading to a faction within the empire attempting to have her assassinated.

Amyu's role in the story is largely defined by her relationship with Seika Lamprogue. She originally held a poor view of him, dismissing him as a self-absorbed noble brat who was in over his head. She was particularly harsh towards him, as he appeared to lack magical power, a quality she values highly. Her perspective changed when Seika demonstrated his proficiency as a magic user and, more importantly, saved her from a deadly curse. This act of rescue softened her stance, leading to mutual respect. Their bond is further solidified when Seika forcibly rescues her from captivity, an act that leads to their de facto expulsion from the academy. It is during this rescue that Amyu first becomes fully aware that she is being treated as the hero.

Following these events, Amyu's development involves coming to terms with her identity while rejecting the expectations placed upon her. She does not awaken as the hero, in part due to Seika's protective magic shielding her from extreme danger and suppressing her latent powers. This allows her to continue clinging to her identity as an adventurer rather than a prophesied savior. Her relationship with Seika evolves into one of deep trust, and she finds his chaste and non-romantic relationship with his servant to be surprising and puzzling. Her journey becomes one of balancing her love for adventure with the heavy burden of others' fears and expectations, defiantly choosing to live on her own terms.

In terms of abilities, Amyu is a well-versed and experienced fighter, having honed her skills against monsters from an early age. She is exceptionally talented in magic, possessing the rare affinity for six magical elements. She notably excels in the four core elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, which marks her as a powerful and dangerous individual in the eyes of the demon race. Despite her prowess, her true potential is currently being held in check by Seika's protective mechanisms, leaving her powerful abilities latent and unawakened.
