In the anime Gridman Universe, Borr is a member of a covert group known as the Neon Genesis Junior High Students, who function as sentient support units for the hyper agent Gridman. These beings are embodiments of fragments of Gridman's own consciousness that became independent. Borr, in particular, originates from the Hyper World and manifests in the human world with a small, androgynous form. Standing at only 133 centimeters tall and weighing 32 kilograms, he has an appearance that is often mistaken for a young girl, featuring orange hair styled into two low pigtails and blue eyes.
