Kouhei Izumi is a member of the Border defense organization in the anime World Trigger. He serves as the shooter for Tachikawa Squad, an A-rank unit, and holds the position of the second-highest ranked shooter in Border overall. Izumi is a seventeen-year-old male with an average build, standing at 175 cm, and he has neck-length dark blond hair and golden eyes. His blood type is B. Within the organization, his codename or nickname is often “Bullet Fool” or “Trigger Idiot,” reflecting his intense, almost obsessive fascination with trigger technology and custom bullet types.
