Émanuel Dubbeldam is a queer and trans Franco-Albertan actor and multidisciplinary artist born in Edmonton, Canada, on March 6, 1996. He is bilingual and has built a career that spans television, stage, and voice acting.

Dubbeldam is best known as the co-host of the nationally broadcast children's television program ONIVA! on Radio-Canada, a role he has held since its 2020 season. His involvement with the show began earlier when he worked as a young reporter during his high school years.

In the field of anime voice acting, Dubbeldam provides the English voice for the character Kohei Izumi, also known as Kouhei Izumi, in the series World Trigger. The character is a skilled Trigger user and a member of the Tachikawa Unit. While Dubbeldam is credited for this role in two titles, other sources list a different actor for the character's English voice. He has also lent his voice to other characters in animated shorts and series.

Beyond performance, Dubbeldam is a writer for stage and screen in both English and French. He is a founding board member of the Comité FrancoQueer de l’Ouest.
